We provide services to residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional building owners with their Ahera Certified Building Inspectors to conduct Hazardous Materials surveys pre-renovation, repair, or demolition. Hazcan Solutions Ltd. also provides services to generate and/or maintain Asbestos Inventories of buildings and equipment (OHSR 6.4, OHSR 20.111(2)).
Hazcan Solutions Ltd. Inspection team, along with their partners, can provide building and equipment owners, and contractors the personnel required to generate the required documents before repairs, renovations, or demolition. A thorough inspection and testing of any suspect materials will be conducted, reports generated, and guidance in understanding and implementation of the reports.
